It is only recently that I have been able to put the math together with the underlying principles of Consciousness as the basis of Quantum Mechanics. An important result which contributed to my theory was the recent experimental evidence which refutes Heisenburg Uncertainty. The series of experiments was performed by Hans Dehmelt of Germany. Dehmelt was awarded the Nobel Prize for the results of the experiments. Later, I showed how monochromatic light can never involve any manner of uncertainty whatsoever, which concept first appeared on this forum.

When uncertainty vanishes from QM, everything changes, utterly, in the quantum physics, and it becomes causational. And I have determined the ultimate causation of the quantum vacuum fluctuations to be the result of the activities of the vast myriad of varieties of Consciousness, in both the physical and energetic forms. Also implied in this new understanding, is the understanding that the entire Universe is involved in these quantum processes. Indeed, there may well be quantum behaviors which are ultimately attributable to the activities and involvements of interdimensional and trans-dimensional Beings. This physics is NOT AT ALL anthropomorphic. The quantum processes involve all manner of Beings at all scales throughout the vast entirety of the universe, and perhaps a multiplicity of dimensions. Again, the transfer mechanism from the subquantum particles appears to involve the emanations of Moebius transform E/M, which appears to arise naturally from all corporeal and noncorporeal forms of Consciousness.

The Moebius transform E/M is directly related to symplectic E/M, which has been shown to emanate from Beings and has also been shown to result in divergences in the quantum potential.

Bill said that the principle is not so new. Philosophically speaking, this is correct.

However, this understanding has never before been accomplished in the PHYSICS sense. The ramifications of the concept that Consciousness is the basis of QM are vast, impressive, and world-sweeping. When this is verified by direct experiments, which will be the next generation of the apparatus used by the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research group, which includes such luminaries as Radin, Jahn, and Nelson, the results will, ideally, cause a complete turn-about in the interactivities between humanity and Nature, so that humanity is restored to a habitually harmonious interaction with Nature, rather than creating Nature as they have been educated to do, which erroneous education has caused the majority to behave as though all of Nature were completely inert and lifeless, which is FAR from the case. The fact is that the variety of forms of Consciousness appears to be infinite, ranging from exceedingly rudimentary, such as Bohm's description of the Consciousness of the electron given in his book, "The Undivided Universe", to exceedingly advanced, perhaps beyond our ability to perceive or even conceive.

Human consciousness appears to be somewhere about in the middle of the hierarchy of the varieties of consciousness.

So, as Ann said, this IS a revolutionary understanding in terms of PHYSICS, that the basis of QM is the fact that all quantum activities are guided by the interactivities of a vast variety of consciousness, at all scales. This process is superluminal, by the way, where the Moebius transform E/M is involved, and luminal in the case of the symplectic E/M.

Nonlocality is perhaps resulting at least indirectly from the activities of various forms of consciousness inhabiting various scales and dimensionalities.

I regard this as a major breakthrough. This results in a quantum physics which is perfectly rational, and contains no paradoxes, which is nice. On the other hand, the numbers and kinds of interactions at the scale of the Planck length and below become inordinately complex. It seems that a vast array of experiments will need to be accomplished in order to comprehend all of the ramifications and factors involved with the influence of the various orders of Consciousness on the quantum potential.

I even compared it to the biblical warning to not eat from the tree of knowledge - otherwise terrible things gonna happen. Not only nothing terrible happens, but a door into a new reality and new possibilities opens.

That is how quantum fractals were generated.

[Dr. Arkadiusz Jadczyk]: It is interesting that, for reasons not yet understood, the transformations of quantum states generated in a natural way during measurements of noncommuting observables as described in http://www.cassiopaea.org/perseus/qfractals.htm (link currently down due to Cassiopaea.org construction) and in the forthcoming paper on quantum fractals on the Poincare disk (or hyperbolic plane), belong to the conformal class (specifically: they are particular Moebius transformations). This was first anticipated by Palle Jorgensen and checked by Pertti Lounesto during the conference in TenTech, Cookeville just few days ago.
